Blake Lively is an American actress and model born on August 25, 1987 in Los Angeles, California. She is best known for her role of Serena van der Woodsen in teen TV series Gossip Girl. She has also made appearances in movies Accepted, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, The Town, Green Lantern, and Savages. In September 2012, Blake married her co-star in the movie Green Lantern Ryan Reynolds, after dating him for almost a year.

Currently she is working on the sixth season of Gossip Girl, playing lead role for which she won three Teen Choice Awards.

One thing that is undeniable concerning Blake Lively’s plastic surgery is a nose job . It is so obvious that she had one just by looking at her before and after photos. Her nose was a lot bigger and bulbous before. She had a wide nasal bridge and a broad nasal tip.
