Elsa Patton is mother of Marysol Patton, one of the cast members on Bravo’s latest installment of “The Real Housewives of Miami”. Elsa is a self-proclaimed “seer”, non-filtered comic and spiritual guide. The reality star opted for plastic surgery several years ago and the procedure left her face nearly unrecognizable from what it once was. Mama Elsa opened up about the surgeon who had done the work, saying that he had ruined her face.

Facial cosmetic surgeon Dr. Richard Chaffoo said about mama Elsa cosmetic procedures: “It appears as though she had a brow lift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), facelift, and fillers although she looks overdone and unnatural. Her eyebrows are raised too high in a surprised and artificial appearance. Elsa Patton face is ruined.”

Despite the results of her plastic surgery, Elsa is loving the spot light and making her presence known. Marysol recently opened up to Star Magazine about her mother’s success on the show and her desire to be in the spotlight. “It happened very organically. She gets excited having a film crew to entertain. She’s always asking me, ‘Where are the cameras? When are they coming over?’”

You’re looking at what happens when somebody tries to pull all the skin in their face up toward their ears, and then fills up the pockets of skin with fat from their butt, but does it wrong. Which is pretty much what Dr. Chaffoo said, but a lot smarter because I never went to medical school and I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about. Much like whatever no-account surgeon did this to Elsa Patton’s face.
