The world of celebrities is always awash with controversy. Controversy sells and they will do everything possible to maintain their image and popularize themselves. They live in a world of their own and they can do pretty much what they want. They have the money and status to do as they wish and that includes improving their image. Plastic surgery amongst the high and mighty celebrities is as common as the earth rotating around the sun. It is nothing new and when they do it the cameras will be ready to click away and the writers the bloggers will ready their keyboards for that juicy information.
